The building is a simple sculpture, adapting to the homogeneity of the environment, it does not use formal tricks, showing its white mass boldly. The plinth is a high-level natural stone that blends into nature, the green environment. The opening of the mass demolition takes place in a southerly direction towards the view and sunbathing, protecting itself from insight from the other directions, striving for intimacy. From the east and west, the stand also surrounds the tree, the villa building draws with silent force between the trees. The functional layout of the mass is consistently structural.

The building has four floors. On the lower street level, pedestrian and car traffic arrives underground. Here you will find the engineering and storage area, and the home-elevator with the stairwell. On the first ground floor, the “plateau” is located on the recreation level with the pool area and server areas, the guest arrives from the lower level on foot on the outer stairs from the east. Upstairs is the main level, floating away from nature, here is the living room, dining room with a kitchen edited on the south front, as well as a bathroom organized in the back tract, a guest room wardrobe and guest service spaces. There are two panoramic rooms on the roof level, pushing the composition of the villa building slightly towards the center of mass.
